I’ve always enjoyed Calvin and Hobbes, but I disagree wholeheartedly with this. I think, perhaps, for some people this is true, but a part of me says it depends entirely on one’s attitude. If you approach people with an open mind, and are genuine with them from the get-go, then I think you’ll find the situation to be different.
